Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026. These terms describe Wardax's AI receptionist setup and subscription service.
1. The service
Wardax provides AI receptionist setup and related call-handling workflows for trade and automotive businesses. The service may answer inbound calls, collect caller information, qualify leads, escalate urgent calls, and send summaries based on client-provided instructions. On the Scale plan only, the service may additionally place outbound calls on the client's behalf, subject to Section 5A.
2. Plans and payment
Wardax offers three plans, each billed as one flat monthly fee with setup included. Lite is $497 per month and is designed for approximately 100 calls per month. Growth is $997 per month and is designed for approximately 500 calls per month. Scale is custom-priced and scoped per engagement. There is no separate setup fee on any plan. Payments are processed through Stripe. Taxes, where applicable, may be added.
3. Billing cycle and cancellation
The first payment covers the first month of service, and the client is not charged twice for the same period. Service renews monthly on the same date unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling prevents the next renewal; service remains active through the period already paid for. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Payments are non-refundable once onboarding has begun, as setup work is performed at the start of the engagement.
4. Flat-rate billing — no overage fees
All Wardax monthly plans are billed at a flat rate with setup included. There are no per-call charges, per-minute charges, or overage fees under any circumstance, regardless of how many calls the service handles. If a client's call volume runs substantially and consistently above what is typical for their plan, Wardax may reach out to discuss moving to a plan that better fits — this is a conversation, not an automatic charge, and service is not interrupted while that conversation happens.
5. Scope of call handling
Wardax answers calls, qualifies callers, captures job requests, flags urgent calls, and delivers summaries. On Lite, the service collects the caller's details and preferred appointment times and delivers them to the client, who books the appointment. On Growth, the service may additionally prepare a pending appointment request for approval by the client's team; CRM or calendar sync is scoped individually per client during setup where applicable. Wardax does not autonomously confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments; a person on the client's side approves any scheduling action.
5A. Outbound calling (Scale plan only)
Outbound calling is available only on the Scale plan and is scoped per engagement. It is not included in Lite or Growth.
Client-supplied lists. Outbound campaigns run only against contact lists the client provides or approves. The client confirms that it has the relationship and any consent required to contact each person on that list, and that the list is accurate and current. Wardax does not source, purchase, or supply contact lists.
Compliance responsibility. The client is the party with the customer relationship and remains responsible for compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, CRTC telemarketing and automatic dialing-announcing device rules, the National Do Not Call List, and any equivalent law applying to its customers. Wardax configures campaigns to the scope agreed with the client and is not a substitute for the client's own legal advice.
Scope agreed in advance. Before any campaign runs, the client and Wardax agree in writing on who is called, the purpose of the call, call frequency, calling hours, and how opt-out requests are handled. Wardax will not expand a campaign beyond that agreed scope without the client's written approval.
Opt-outs. Opt-out and do-not-call requests captured on a call are reported to the client. The client is responsible for recording and honouring those requests in its own systems and for ensuring the contact list supplied to Wardax reflects them.
Right to decline. Wardax may decline to build, or may suspend, any outbound campaign it believes is outside the agreed scope or may not comply with applicable law.
6. Go-live timeline
Following a completed setup call and a complete setup form, Wardax aims to have the service live within 2 business days on Lite, 3 to 5 business days on Growth, and 7 to 14 business days on Scale depending on scope.
7. No guarantee of results
Wardax does not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, sales, or revenue. Results depend on client call volume, market demand, offer quality, pricing, reputation, and customer decisions.
8. AI limitations
AI systems can make mistakes. Wardax configures the system to avoid unsupported promises and escalate where appropriate, but clients are responsible for reviewing workflows and ensuring the service fits their business needs.
9. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, service details, call-routing instructions, legal notices, emergency rules, and updates when business operations change. Where outbound calling is in scope under Section 5A, clients must also supply accurate contact lists, maintain their own records of consent and opt-out requests, and notify Wardax promptly if a list or campaign should change.
10. Cancellation by the client
The service continues month-to-month unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to jebron@wardax.ca. No cancellation fee or penalty applies at any point.
11. Cancellation by Wardax
Wardax may suspend or cancel any client's service and account at any time, at Wardax's sole discretion, for any reason — including but not limited to suspected misuse or abuse of the service, circumvention of these terms, or a determination that a client's business is not a suitable fit for the service. Where reasonably possible, Wardax will provide notice before cancelling, but is not obligated to do so where misuse or abuse is suspected.
