No fluff. These are the objections that actually matter: emergency calls, pricing, customer trust, setup, cancellation, and what happens when AI does not know an answer.
Some callers will notice — and that's fine. The receptionist never pretends to be human: if a caller asks, it says it's your company's automated assistant. What a caller with no heat at 11pm actually cares about is that someone answered, took their details, and help is coming. The alternative is voicemail — and voicemail loses the job. Judge the voice yourself: call the live demo at (437) 447-5227.
We build emergency rules during setup. The receptionist can identify urgent situations like no heat, leaks, electrical hazards, flooding, or roof damage and escalate them based on your instructions.
It should not guess. The safer flow is to collect the question, tell the caller the team will follow up, and send you the summary.
Yes. The system is designed around overflow, after-hours, missed calls, or forwarding rules. You remain in control of your main number and call flow.
The receptionist follows a safe intake flow, avoids arguments, captures the issue, and escalates when needed. Prank or spam calls can be logged or ignored based on rules.
No. You fill out the form and do a setup call. Wardax handles the call flow and technical setup.
Lite is live within 2 business days of your setup call, Growth within 3–5, and Scale within 7–14 depending on scope. The biggest variable is your setup form: the more complete it is, the sooner your phone stops leaking jobs.
No — you keep your number. We set up conditional call forwarding on your existing line: if you don't pick up within a few rings, or it's after hours, the call forwards to your Wardax receptionist. Callers see nothing different, and you can switch it off anytime.
Not on its own — and that is deliberate. On Lite, the receptionist collects the caller’s details, job information, and preferred times, then texts them to you so you can call back and book. On Growth, it does the same and also prepares a pending appointment request for your team to approve — CRM or calendar sync is scoped 1:1 during your setup call where needed. Nothing is confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled without a human on your side approving it first.
Yes. Hours, services, greeting, emergency rules, and qualifying questions can be updated as your business changes.
Yes. Every plan — Lite, Growth, and Scale — is billed at a flat monthly rate with setup included. There are no setup fees, no per-call charges, no per-minute charges, and no overage fees, ever, on any plan, no matter how many calls come in. If your call volume runs consistently ahead of what your plan includes, we'll reach out to talk about moving you to a plan that fits. You're never charged extra without a conversation first, and your calls never stop getting answered.
Lite is $497/month and Growth is $997/month, both with setup included — there is no separate setup fee. Lite is designed for around 100 calls a month, Growth for around 500. Scale is custom-priced for multi-location and high-volume operations — book a call to scope it.
No — there is no separate setup fee. Your call-flow build, setup call, and pre-launch testing are all included in the monthly price.
Cancel anytime before your renewal date and nothing further is charged — your service simply runs through the month you have already paid for. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Payments are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
In most cases, yes — especially if you need nights, weekends, and overflow coverage. But Wardax is not a full employee replacement. It is a call-capture and qualification system.
Yes. If a referred client signs up and stays active 30 days, you earn 50% off a future month. Multiple credits apply to future months, not stacked onto one invoice.
No. We do not guarantee bookings, leads, or revenue. We provide the system to answer and qualify calls more consistently.
Your call data is used only to run and improve your receptionist — never sold, never shared with anyone else. Full details on the privacy page.
Yes — calls are recorded so you can hear exactly what your customers were told and so we can keep tuning your call flow. During setup we configure the recording notice with you so it complies with Canadian rules — you're never left to figure that out alone.
Wardax is founder-led. You contact Wardax directly rather than being pushed through a generic support queue.
